“Four impeachments, zero removals: Signs of cracks in Constitution?”

Thomas Keck, professor of political science in the Maxwell School, was interviewed by The Christian Science Monitor for the story “” Keck, an expert in Constitutional law and U.S. politics, says that impeachment is better used as a tool for documentation of wrongdoings rather than as a tool of removal. “What I would emphasize is that there are structural problems with our democracy, some of which are really hard to fix, but some of which have emerged recently which there are fixes for,” Keck says.
