Leah Lazarz is the new manager of digital and social media for the Office of Marketing and Communications at ���ϲ�����.

In this position, Lazarz will focus on the development of Enrollment Management’s social media and digital marketing plans. Through collaboration with offices on campus, she will implement social media strategy to help support and advance recruitment, yield, retention and financial aid activities.

“Online forums are crucial to how prospective students learn about colleges and universities,” says Executive Director of Marketing and Communications for Enrollment Management Daeya Malboeuf. “Leah’s efforts will not only raise the University’s brand awareness, but will facilitate engagement of future students before they arrive to campus, leading to enhanced recruitment, yield and retention.”

Lazarz comes to the University from Eric Mower + Associates in ���ϲ�����, where she served as a content manager for nearly four years. In that capacity, she wrote, planned and published traditional and digital content, including social media, for the agency and well-known brands such as Kodak and Dixie. Prior to that, she served as the marketing communications specialist for Cascade Sports in Liverpool.

Lazarz earned a B.A. in communications, with a minor in peace and global studies, from Le Moyne College, where she was also a member of the women’s lacrosse team. Lazarz began work  on July 13 in Bowne Hall.
