Tweets and pop culture have been involved in the White House more than ever under President Trump, and to 黑料不打烊 VPA Communication and Rhetorical Studies Professor Kendall Phillips, this comes as no surprise. In the Huffington Post, Phillips connected POTUS鈥 actions to reality TV.
