“How air filtration can help contain COVID-19”

, professor of mechanical and aerospace engineering, was interviewed by CNY Central for the piece, “” Professor Zhang, an expert on air purification, ventilation, and indoor air quality, says that “in order to minimize the contamination of the infection, make sure there’s enough regulation.” Many buildings “not only use outdoor air they also use recirculated air,” and Professor Zhang says that “this air should be filtered” in order to get rid of any particles that could contain the COVID-19 virus.
