Robert Thompson, Trustee Professor of television, radio and film and director of the Bleier Center for Television and Popular Culture in the Newhouse School, was quoted in the Washington Examiner story “.” Thompson, an expert on pop culture, says that President Biden has long been known for making “verbal flubs,” but these have recently come into question in terms of his mental state. “Every time Biden talks, there’s always the calculated risk that he’s going to give us a ‘Biden-ism,” Thompson says, and he believes that because Biden is older is causes many to question whether he is “losing his facility.”
