She has worked throughout the industry and across many functions including general management, marketing, operations, merchandising, buying, and human resources. Industry positions include CEO & Founder Shelmark Consulting, Inc., Member Board of Directors ClickDealBuy!, Vice President Retail Consulting RetailNext, Executive Vice President Space NK, Vice President Store Operations Saks Fifth Avenue, and Operating Vice President Bloomingdale’s.

As retail pundit, Kohanhad been recognized as a top retail influencer four years in row and a featured spokesperson across many publications and media including NBC Nightly News, Wall St. Journal, New York Times, Women’s Wear Daily, Reuters, The Washington Post, Fortune, Chain Store Age, The Robin Report, and Forbes.
