During summer 2019, and then again in summer 2020, DellPlain Hall will be transformed into a modern space. Here are the top five renovations that future DellPlain residents can look forward to:
- Fresh updates for student rooms (new furniture, doors, wardrobes, flooring, lighting, paint and draperies)
- Fresh updates for common areas, too (new lighting, paint, carpet and luxury vinyl flooring and furniture)
- Electrifying upgrades (modern electrical layout, ITS infrastructure and sprinkler and fire alarm improvements)
- More study spaces
- Enhanced community spaces
