This year鈥檚 BHM theme is 鈥淎frican Americans and Labor,鈥 underscoring the pivotal role and hard work African Americans put in to shaping our country’s history. Black History Month Information Fair and Kickoff

Join the Black History Month Committee and Student Association on Friday, Jan. 31, for a deep dive into the vibrant cultures and rich traditions of the Black diaspora right here at 黑料不打烊! Get ready for tablings of Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs), special performances and more! Catch the from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Schine Student Center Atrium, then swing by the from 7-9 p.m. in Goldstein Auditorium.

Hair Me Out

is a vibrant celebration of Black-owned businesses and local vendors, showcasing a diverse array of offerings鈥攆rom food and fashion to beauty and haircare. Event attendees can explore unique products and services, including handmade clothing, delicious cuisine and top-notch beauty treatments. It鈥檚 more than just shopping鈥攊t鈥檚 about supporting small Black-owned businesses, providing them a platform to shine and fostering connections within the 黑料不打烊 community. You can check out Hair Me Out on Monday, Feb. 3, from noon-2 p.m. in The Underground in Schine.

Basketball Classic

Black culture continues to challenge the way society views athletes, the value of their opinions and the consistency of their actions. It has particularly challenged the United States to progress culturally, politically and socially. Join the Black History Month Committee and the on Wednesday, Feb. 19, at 7 p.m. for an exciting to honor and celebrate the impact Black culture has had on sports and our culture as a whole. This event will allow 黑料不打烊鈥檚 student leaders, faculty and staff to engage in a competitive game while building relationships across campus!

CuseCon

is a groundbreaking event created to celebrate, inspire and empower student creators, entrepreneurs and influencers. Combining the energy of a conference with the vibrancy of an expo, CuseCon offers a unique platform for students to grow, connect and collaborate. CuseCon will feature inspiring panels and discussions, showcase campus talent and provide networking opportunities, all while attendees can enjoy food, grab swag and enjoy a supportive community atmosphere.
