Visiting artist Cynthia Lin will give a talk on her highly detailed monumental drawings on Thursday, Oct. 28, at 7:30 p.m. in 107 Hall of Languages.

The Bandier Program in the Rose, Jules R. and Stanford S. Setnor School of Music in ���ϲ�����’s College of Visual and Performing Arts (VPA) will present its first-ever showcase at the CMJ 2010 Music Marathon and Film Festival in New York City on Friday, Oct. 22.

Seven original designs by the late fashion icon Christian Dior are on view in the exhibition “Christian Dior 1947-1957” through Nov. 3 at the Design Gallery at The Warehouse.

“The 39 Steps” will run Oct. 20-Nov. 7 at ���ϲ����� Stage, marking the start of Stage’s 2010-2011 mainstage season.

Artist Cui Fei will lecture on her new site-specific works on Tuesday, Oct. 12, at 6:30 p.m. in Shemin Auditorium in the Dorothea Ilgen Shaffer Art Building.

Artist Edgar Jerins, who is known for his large-scale portraits, will present a lecture on Tuesday, Oct. 5.
